We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, especially for airport transfers, weddings, and Hill Country tours. That said, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when possible — just give us a call directly at (512) 332-9910.

Same-day bookings are available based on vehicle and driver availability. For the best chance of securing a same-day ride, call us directly rather than using the online form. We'll do everything we can to get you a vehicle.

You can book online through our Reserve a Ride page, or call us directly at (512) 332-9910. All reservations are confirmed in writing — you'll receive a confirmation with your driver's name and contact info before pickup.

Deposit requirements vary by service type. Wedding and Hill Country wine tour packages typically require a deposit to hold the date. Standard airport transfers and hourly charters can often be confirmed without a deposit. We'll outline any deposit requirements clearly when you book.

Yes — always. We monitor your flight in real time from departure to landing. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. You'll never land and wonder where your driver is.

Flight delays are automatically tracked and your pickup adjusts accordingly at no extra charge. In the event of a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll reschedule or refund per our cancellation policy. We never charge a wait fee for delays outside your control.

For arrivals at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), your driver will meet you at baggage claim with a sign displaying your name. For private FBO terminals, we coordinate directly with the terminal staff for a seamless curbside handoff.

We serve Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) including the Barbara Jordan Terminal and South Terminal, as well as all private FBO and executive aviation terminals in the Austin area. We can also arrange transfers to San Antonio International Airport (SAT) upon request.

Pricing depends on the service type, vehicle selected, distance, and duration. Airport transfers are typically flat-rate. Hourly charter is billed by the hour with a 2-hour minimum. Wine tours and special event packages are quoted individually. Contact us for a custom quote — there are no hidden fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods. Corporate accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing. Payment is processed securely — your driver will never handle card information in the vehicle.

Gratuity is not automatically included in our quoted rates. Our drivers provide exceptional service and tips are always appreciated but never required. If you'd like to add gratuity, you can do so at the time of payment or hand it to your driver directly.

Yes. We work with businesses of all sizes to set up corporate accounts with streamlined booking and monthly billing. If your company has regular transportation needs, reach out to us at reservations@vipdrvr.com to get started.

Our fleet includes luxury sedans (up to 2 passengers), luxury SUVs such as the Chevrolet Suburban (up to 6 passengers), and passenger vans for larger groups. All vehicles are late-model, meticulously maintained, and stocked with bottled water and amenities. See our Fleet page for full details.

Absolutely. When booking, simply indicate your preferred vehicle and we'll do our best to accommodate. Vehicle availability may vary, especially on peak dates — booking in advance gives you the best chance of securing your first choice.

Standard rides cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Wedding and event packages have separate cancellation terms outlined at booking. We understand that plans change — contact us as early as possible and we'll work with you.

We serve all of Austin and the surrounding metro area including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and the Texas Hill Country wine region. Long-distance trips outside the Austin metro are available — just ask when booking.

Yes — every VIP DRVR chauffeur undergoes a thorough background check, professional training, and must maintain a clean driving record. Your safety and peace of mind are non-negotiable. We also carry full commercial insurance on all vehicles.
